You’ll notice throughout our website that we never use the word “dorm,” but the term 而不是宿舍，那有什么区别呢?

The people who work for 大学房屋服务 have you at the core of their 心. 我们的 居民顾问 (RAs) are upper-division students who have been successful in college, both academically and socially and they have some of the biggest 心 you’ll ever come across. 他们 live on the floors of the residence halls and their purpose is to make sure you have 一个安全，支持学习和成长的环境. 经过严格的筛选 process, RAs are extensively trained on how to make their floors into thriving communities 通过一对一的互动和小组发展. 我们的助理律师擅长调解 and conflict management and are there to be a resource for you if you need some一个 与…交谈.

The RAs and RLCs all serve in an on-call rotation, meaning residents are able to get a hold of a member of housing 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
